Boston to London - The Boeing 747-400
Below you will find a series of pictures taken on a recent flight from Boston to London Heathrow. They are in-flight images of a British Airways Boeing 747-400 for FS2004, created by the Precision Manuals Development Group (PMDG). What you see here is one of several repaints available and this aircraft is about as real as you can get when it comes to simulating this huge Jumbo Jet. I fly this jet a lot in my virtual capacity as Training Captain for British Airways Virtual and it is a wonderful piece of programming! Weather enroute on this flight was characterised by severe wind shifts while crossing the Atlantic and a challenging landing amongst many other aircraft was made more exciting by me being forced to carry out a missed approach before coming round for a second attempt! Look out soon for some more images of this Boeing 747-400, showcasing the airport of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates - scenery by FlyTampa.
